The professional, individual care of people is often the real challenge in transport. MoPi offers tailored accompaniment for every transport category. Our nursing staff accompany residents of care and nursing homes to examinations or assessments at the hospital or the doctor, and stay with our passengers for the whole assignment. Our staff take them to their appointments and make sure the information from the examination is reported back correctly to the nursing team or the family. This relieves the nursing staff in care homes and relatives alike, without the patient’s wellbeing suffering for it. Where no particular care is needed during the journey, our nursing staff also drive, so that costs for passengers stay low.

MoPi is recognised by all health insurers and has tariff agreements for every type of transport it offers. Whether for transfers, medical appointments or consultations, after an operation or on discharge to rehabilitation, MoPi’s transport costs can be claimed from the insurers under the Swiss Health Insurance Act.
